This year's edition of the Race for Ellie drew 560 people and raised over $55,000 for the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation!

Fourth of July Weekend

Iron Lung League Championship Game
My ice hockey team, the 1st place Blue Devils, take on the 3rd place Black Bandits for the league championship. We choke and end up losing 4-5.

Hilton Head, Day 5
On Easter Sunday, Attie goes for one last swim, the kiddos open their Easter baskets, and we have brunch before grudgingly heading back to Pittsburgh.

The kiddos go on an Easter egg hunt in South Beach Marina and then it's beach and pool time, baby!

On our third day, we visit Harbour Town, horse around on the playground, climb the lighthouse, play some baseball on the beach, and ride bikes on the street.

We charter a pontoon boat and Captain Ellie takes us out to meet her dolphin friends... PLUS more pool action and some dunebuggy racing!

Our first full day in Hilton Head. We play around the house, hit the beach, take a swim in the pool, and fly Jim's new kite for the first time!
